I'm a results-driven machine learning engineer Data Analyst at iResearch Services with a passion for turning complex, messy raw data into clear, actionable insights. I'm specialize in data cleaning, data modeling, and visual storytelling, helping stakeholders make informed decisions through dynamic dashboards and predictive analytics and applying AI and LLM-based technologies to solve real-world problems.

My work spans everything from developing robust Power BI dashboards to writing machine learning code in Python to convert historical data into predictive models that help business teams make proactive decisions. Recently, I’ve been involved developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for chatbot applications — integrating internal knowledge bases and external data sources to enhance LLM performance and ensure high-quality, contextual responses.
