Project meetings and delegating duties and other work are also part of this job. Projects are not limited to the IT department, but other departments also require extra support. My leadership philosophy is simple: execution over ego. The best ideas win, regardless of title. I focus on outcomes, empower teams, and create space for collaboration. That is how strong teams turn bold ideas into systems that last.

I stay ahead by learning. Every wave of AI, cloud, and governance reshapes how I work. I have shared these lessons on global stages, including TEDx and UN 2.0 events, where I spoke about building digital systems as public goods.

Bij Harkboot.nl BV verwijderen we op duurzame wijze ongewenste woekerende en wortelende waterplanten met wortel en al. Deze revolutionaire methode is in 2014 uitgevonden en heeft zich de afgelopen jaren stevig ontwikkeld. Harkboot.nl BV wordt regelmatig ingezet voor het bestrijden van exoten door diverse waterschappen, provincies en gemeenten, óók in Natura 2000 gebieden. De harktechniek werkt effectiever dan maaien waar het wortelende waterplanten betreft.
Hierdoor hoeft er minder vaak onderhoud gepleegd te worden en worden bijvoorbeeld exoten met wortel en al verwijderd. Het wordt door waterbeheerders gezien als een welkome aanvulling op het bestaande arsenaal aan werktuigen.

Dit kan gaan om starters, groeiers, uitbreiding, nieuwe vestiging of innovatie waardoor extra bedrijvigheid of werkgelegenheid wordt gecreëerd.
