accounts with a portfolio of 100k USD MRR predominantly in the US and UK. 
- Took the responsibility of assisting the customers through Email, Calls and Chats and clearing their queries on how to use the product.
- Ensured that customers get a clear understanding of the queries raised and made sure that they get the Root Cause Analysis for all such issues. 
- Responsible for setting up the SSO configuration for clients using a variety of Identity Providers, most of which were Azure, OneLogin & Okta.
- Investigated High Priority L2 Incidents by analyzing the logs using Haystack and resolved the queries without a Service Level Agreement (SLA) breach.

I used to wake up at 5 am and apply for jobs.
