In 2017, IWG-REGUS initiated a strategic project to centralise the functions of Inside Sales and Customer Service in three Service Centers: EMEA (Barcelona), AMER (Dallas), and APAC (Malaysia). I joined the company through a headhunter with the mission of establishing, growing, and leading the EMEA centre, which covered 60 countries in 25 languages, starting from virtually nothing.

• Developed and managed IWG´s most complex Inside Sales & Customer Support Service Center. 60 countries and 25 languages
• Scaled from virtually nothing to 100 in sales and 120 in customer support
• Awarded IWG´s top performance award in 2018 and 2019

 • Grew sales by 2x in 2.5 years compared to previous total performance in each country for EMEA. Consistently exceeded sales targets.

I reported to the Vice President of Operations.

I was appointed Director of SMB Inside Sales, with the mission of building a new Inside Sales team to sell advanced telecommunications services (e.g., Cloud IP PBX) aimed at SMEs and the mid-market, which were previously only addressed through in-person sales.

• Created from scratch and scaled a new outbound sales operation. Overachieved demanding targets.
• Reduced Mean Time to Repair in tech customer support: from 3 days to below 24h
• Boosted Customer Satisfaction - Personal Care. Introduced CSAT and achieved 9 points out of 10

Achievements:
• Significantly exceeded the already aggressive budgeted sales quotas.  I demonstrated that it was possible to sell complex and technical telecommunications services with an Inside Sales team.
