I graduated from Cal State University East Bay with a B.A. in Sociology with an emphasis on social service in 2007, and have had the honor and privilege to serve my San Francisco community over the last 15 years. I have spent my career dedicated as an advocate and community organizer to support at-risk and low-income communities in the San Francisco Bay Area, and have been addressing food insecurity work with the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank for the past 9 years. I am a wife, mother, and lifelong Bay Area resident who brings valued perspective and experience to my work and continue to be committed to seeing historically underserved communities not just survive but thrive.
