Aligned to the General Manager of Joint Powers Authority. Acted as point of contact for Board of Commissioners (elected /appointed officials within Marin County), prepared agenda packages, attended meetings as Clerk, prepared minutes and follow up materials. Obtained Conflict of Interest Code forms, responded to Public Information Requests, developed public content for newsletter, website, and an array of documents. Performed calendaring functions, planned and coordinated GM and Agency Counsel’s travel and conference engagements. Coordinated and facilitated meetings on a variety of initiatives, including Agency Strategic Business Plan.
