* Design forms with easily accessible links and QR codes
* Document and map client processes, highlighting gaps and making recommendations 
* Build and fix Excel tools, and update and fix misbehaving Excel spreadsheets
* Build graphs, charts and mindmaps from data for inclusion in client-facing documents
* Update reports and PowerPoint process documents and presentations
* Assist with HR processes and build associated forms, tools, reports and trackers
* Deliver copywriting of various lengths on various topics within strict deadlines and criteria

Working from our office in central Leeds, I'm responsible for bringing Clearfield's straight talking and no nonsense ethos to Construction, Fitout and M&E subcontractors in the North of England. 

We were founded by directors with a background in construction, and that filters down to us, meaning we known construction. From inception of a project to the end, we actually understand the challenges construction companies face and work with you closely to deliver relevant and qualified staff to your sites.

Heading up the Business Development Hub for a very successful group of labour hire/recruitment companies in Leeds. They specialise in supplying to the trades and construction industries on some of the most high profile projects in the country. A unique role that mixes SME and corporate sales, contracts management, key accounts and brand development into one demanding position.

Tasked with;

 Creating and executing Alliance Group's strategic business development schedule and ensuring sustainable sales growth throughout all company divisions. 

Creating and implementing an efficient and client-facing retention strategy.

Heading up, motivating and training the existing business development team on best practice, new products and client retention. 

Delivering, as a team, several hundred new and active clients to the group per year. 

Identifying new markets and developing strategies to grow into them

Head Of Business Development

Developing new business and sales growth for the Alliance group of companies. A 100% new business role the focus of which was to deliver new and active clients for the group in line with existing KPI's.

Main roles at this company were; 

•	Building sound business relationships from scratch with contractors unknown to the company, using solid industry knowledge and maximizing USP’s.
•	Development and implementation of personal and team sales strategies to combat the seasonal nature of the business and ensure a consistent sales result throughout the year.
•	Conceiving and running of innovative e-marketing campaigns to bring in sales, leads and promote brand awareness.
•	Attending trade shows, building sites and expositions to meet industry key decision makers and gain new business and spread the company brand. 
•	Management of existing accounts and contracts. 

Key Achievements
•	Development and retention of over 100 unique new accounts in the space of a year using the above methods. 
•	Designed and implemented an entirely new set of e-marketing campaigns focusing on business retention through our ‘out of season’ period

When I’m not working hard to recruit for you, I'm with my partner, out in nature or having an impromptu kitchen disco (now that I'm approaching 40) if it's a weekend.
