* Document and map client processes, highlighting gaps and making recommendations 
* Build and fix Excel tools, and update and fix misbehaving Excel spreadsheets
* Build graphs, charts and mindmaps from data for inclusion in client-facing documents
* Update reports and PowerPoint process documents and presentations
* Assist with HR processes and build associated forms, tools, reports and trackers
* Deliver copywriting of various lengths on various topics within strict deadlines and criteria

📌Succession planning is crucial for SME’s, many have employees who have worked for the business since leaving school, valuable employees who have a wealth of knowledge and skills relevant to that particular business.  But what happens when they retire?  They walk out of the gate and take all of that knowledge with them.  This is where I can help –

📌Contingency Planning – Many businesses were unprepared when lockdown hit us and struggled to keep going due to a lack of contingency planning. Contingency planning is crucial for any business and together we can plan, create and embed your own watertight Business Continuity Plan.

📌Fixed Asset Re-Use & Lifecycle Plan – Fixed Assets such as Robots, Conveyors etc, which go into creating production lines are a costly investment for UK Manufacturers, however by creating an A2R process those assets can provide far more value than many realise.

📌Project and Cost Management - Projects come in all shapes and sizes, whatever your project, having it mapped out with realistic timescales and achievable goals will ensure success.

•	Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to ensure buy in of asset re-use strategy
•	Effective communication of strategy and processes
•	Creation and implementation of asset movement tracking
•	Administration of surplus asset and required asset E-trackers
•	Creation of agendas and minutes for Governance Forum
•	Reporting of cost savings to wider Company 
•	Creating, writing and implementing process flows
•	Mapping out and reporting of future storage requirements
•	Asset tagging and logging of equipment on factory floor
•	Working with vendors on strip out of equipment
•	Arranging logistics for movement of assets
•	Liaising with Managers to ensure project was within budget
•	Working with vendors to ascertain equipment required was correct specification

Asset & Cost Management

•	Liaising with and advising NSC’s in respect of Self Insuring, Global & Local Policy cover
•	Collaborate with Internal Departments and JLR Insurance Brokers during renewal process and throughout the year to ensure adequate and acceptable levels of cover are in place
•	Advising various areas of the business in respect of Insurance and appropriate risk management requirements
•	Administration and analysis of Employers Liability claims, identifying trends and areas of concern
•	 Liaise with Insurers to ensure claims are dealt with in timely manner and mitigated where possible
•	Working in association with external Company to ensure smooth Implementation of Electronic Driving Licence Checking facility within JLR
•	Checking and authorising vehicle loans to celebrities and associated Companies  in respect of events, including Wimbledon and Rugby World Cup
•	Providing Insurance support to the various teams involved in setting up the new manufacturing plant in Brazil
•	Liaising with JLR Legal Team to ensure Third Party Insuring requirements within contracts were sufficient

Insurance Analyst

•	Implementing  projects on behalf of the Environment team, including the creation of a master worksheet for Environmental permissions and  Green Team campaign
•	Assisting Green Travel promotion within the business
•	Working within HR dealing with Personnel records enquiries using data researched through SAP, Peoplesoft and EDMS
•	Inputting Healthcare applications into SAP and AXA online
•	Processing employee contract conversions from agency to short term contracts

Human Resources & Environmental Team

Circle Insurance Services Plc

•	Implemented and managed Property Owners Proposition
•	Wrote Landing pages and Meta Tags to ensure Google search optimum results
•	Identified suitable markets for new business inquiries and presented quotations to prospects with potential add on options.
•	Obtained Insurer quotations, using  online quote systems or creating bespoke presentations
•	Serviced existing client renewals and MTA’s including client visits where necessary
•	Used Acturis system to process new business documentation, run reports, task management and process client payments.
•	Managed SME team to include monitoring renewal processing and ensuring targets and budgets were met each month and encouraged the team’s personal development.
•	Explored use of technology and social media to enhance SME offering.

•	Assisted Director in day-to-day running of branch, deputising in his absence.
•	Monitored monthly budgets and targets to ensure company profitability.
•	Overall responsibility for all branch administration procedures.
•	Produced insurer presentations.
•	Produced quotes through both internal and insurers own online quote systems.
•	Liaised with clients to ascertain needs, solve queries and discuss amendments to policies.

Operations Manager/Commercial Account Handler

Adler Insurance Group

•	Composed and compiled Property Owners/Managing Agents marketing packs in association with 
            Aviva.
•	Created and implemented strategy to assess efficiency, retention rates and profitability of Property Owners department.  
•	Investigated and reported on income/client retention/loss issues.
•	Collaborating with Acturis to implement a client portal and provide training to colleagues
•	Took new business enquiries, identifying suitable markets and obtaining quotations.
•	Managed a small book of Commercial, SME & Property Owners clients.
•	Wrote SME business training material for internal staff and organised and ran training sessions.

Account Exec

Marks Insurance Consultants

•	Managed client portfolios for a variety of clients from individual personal insurance through to 
          SME and large Commercial.
•	Worked with external IT Company to write and implement Company web site and Customer Portal. 
•	Company compliancy with all FCA, Data Protection and Data Controllers regulations
•	Responsible for all aspects of branch administration functions.
•	Monitoring 2 members of staff including training and appraisals.
