* Document and map client processes, highlighting gaps and making recommendations 
* Build and fix Excel tools, and update and fix misbehaving Excel spreadsheets
* Build graphs, charts and mindmaps from data for inclusion in client-facing documents
* Update reports and PowerPoint process documents and presentations
* Assist with HR processes and build associated forms, tools, reports and trackers
* Deliver copywriting of various lengths on various topics within strict deadlines and criteria

I have been a visiting lecturer at UCLan for 15 years, where i do talks and host workshops discussing my own 20 years  personal experiences of alcohol addiction and mental health, including my 18 years recovery.

I have been doing these talks and workshops, including health and social care congress discussions to medical students as well as social work, dentist and pharmacy students over the last 15 years.

I have been a regular speaker / presenter / associate lecturer at The University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) for over 10 years, doing talks to medical, dental, pharmacy and social work students by facilitating groups / workshops including over 20 x large conferences / school of social work congress events on the subject of alcohol addiction and recovery.

As the Founder and CEO of BraveHearts (SCOTLAND) - A SafeHaven for Male Survivors of Abuse CIC, I am dedicated to supporting male survivors of abuse, including child abuse, sexual and physical abuse, and reducing male suicides. With over 15 years of experience in social entrepreneurship, I have developed a unique company, BizSocial, that brings businesses and social enterprises together through networking, exhibiting, digital marketing, and training workshops.

I am also a Panel Member at Children's Hearings Scotland, where I make legal decisions with and for infants, children, and young people in Scotland. My education background includes Social Work from the University of Central Lancashire, Substance Misuse from Blackpool and The Fylde College, and Counselling from the University of the West of Scotland. I am passionate about creating positive change and empowering individuals and communities through my work.

I am trained in Mental Health ASIST (Suicide Prevention) and also a Self Harm Trainer, providing training sessions to groups who are working in the community or businesses
