* Build graphs, charts and mindmaps from data for inclusion in client-facing documents
* Update reports and PowerPoint process documents and presentations
* Assist with HR processes and build associated forms, tools, reports and trackers
* Deliver copywriting of various lengths on various topics within strict deadlines and criteria

Virtual Assistant

Drew & Co Ltd Electrical, Mechanical & Compressed Air Contractors

A family run business providing turnkey M & E Projects in the commercial and industrial sectors.  My role was a newly developed position to support the businesses Contract Directors and Project Management teams with all aspects of Contract, Project and financial administration for small and large projects. 

•	Processing of documents to maintain project files both manually and electronically.
•	Regular monitoring of costs against budget for projects up to £1 million.
•	Preparing monthly WIP report and gathering of information to provide actual and forecasted figures to Contract Managers. 
•	Carrying out invoicing processes in line with contractual documentation. 
•	Preparing and issuing quotations to clients.
•	Following up quotations and client purchase orders. 
•	Ordering of sub-contractor services and materials on behalf of the project team. 
•	Booking accommodation.
•	Processing and logging of the project team's purchase orders. 
•	Collating information to prepare and present specific reports, printing of drawings, scanning, and diary management.

Contract/Project Administrator

Bromhead Chartered Accountants

A temporary role within a progressive firm of accountants who undertake all aspects of accountancy work. 

•	Log client records received to the office for personal tax returns and year-end accounts.
•	Processed client tax refund documents in line with HMRC and the company’s communications.
•	Set up new clients on the accounting system, drafting and issuing correspondence via post or the portal. 
•	Implemented newly drafted administration processes.

St Luke's Care

Under the umbrella of St Luke’s Hospice, St Luke’s Care was a newly established domiciliary care service offering personal care and support to adults of all ages in their own homes. During my time in this post, my role developed with the needs and expansion of the business. 

•	Implemented new office processes and systems to provide administration support to the Manager and Team Leaders.
•	Maintained electronic systems and databases in line with confidentiality and data protection.
•	Entered and updated new charge and pay tariffs on scheduling/finance software
•	Managed budgets, stock levels, and placed orders for stationery, equipment, and uniform.
•	Petty cash and reconciliation.
•	Collated information and produced monthly reports to the Finance Department.
•	Processed timesheets and submitted to payroll by the deadline.
•	Prepared and maintained staff files with relevant HR documentation from application to employment.
•	Calculated and recorded staff annual leave and absence.
•	Diarised and coordinated internal and external Mandatory/Refresher Training
•	Minute taking, general word processing, and development of documents.

Affinion International Travel Ltd

After children, I returned to work on a part-time basis with Affinion International Travel, One of the UK’s largest independent travel agents that work with financial institutions including banks to offer travel as part of a raft of financial benefits to customers and employees.

•	From a multitude of tour operators, researched package holidays, cruises, flights, tailor-made itineraries and ancillary products for membership-based customers.
•	Responsible for loading confirmed booking onto the system, details entered accurately and taking payment according to the terms.

Sales & Customer Service Agent

Logistex

Logistex are experts in Warehouse Automation, with more than 50 years' experience in designing and delivering warehouse management solutions. My role was to provide support to the European Managing Director, Divisional Director, and Finance Director.

•	Duties included diary management, taking and distribution of minutes, and management of emails and other correspondence.  
•	Responsible for collation and coordination of appraisal and bonus documentation and handling pay increment spreadsheets and letters for Head Office submission.
•	Organised and coordinated presentations & events; including accommodation, venues, facilities, and travel.  
•	Managed Reception team; organised training, conducted appraisals, recorded and monitored annual leave and absence.

An efficient, organised Virtual Assistant based in Plymouth who provides ongoing or ad-hoc administrative support to small businesses, coaches & consultants.
