* Design forms with easily accessible links and QR codes
* Document and map client processes, highlighting gaps and making recommendations 
* Build and fix Excel tools, and update and fix misbehaving Excel spreadsheets
* Build graphs, charts and mindmaps from data for inclusion in client-facing documents
* Update reports and PowerPoint process documents and presentations
* Assist with HR processes and build associated forms, tools, reports and trackers
* Deliver copywriting of various lengths on various topics within strict deadlines and criteria

Bicton College

Arranging and managing all short and part-time courses at the college. This included taking bookings, payments, marketing, arranging all logistics and equipment for courses, whilst monitoring and arranging examinations and certification.
Assisted with designing and writing branded materials including website content, flyers, posters, trade stand banners and newsletters to promote the courses internally and externally. This then led to putting a marketing and distribution plan in place. 
Annual Sales Targeted Role.

Short Course Co-ordinator

Co-ordinating all weddings and events at the college. This included private, corporate and college events. 
Assisted with designing and writing branded materials including website content, flyers, posters, media adverts and newsletters. Role also included show arounds, marketing, pricing and coordination of each event/wedding in full and liaising with all suppliers.

Wedding & Events Co-ordinator

Cobham

Covering all office duties, including: HR, sales support, managing petty cash, ordering of equipment and products, arranging meetings and events and liaising with all external suppliers. 
Role also included PA duties to the general manager and technical manager at the Cobham office based in Exeter.

Office Manager

Aussie Marquees

Co-ordinating all weddings and events. Including marketing, liaising with all suppliers for each wedding and event, pricing and coordination on an individual basis and attending trade and wedding fairs.
Role also included attending site visits and providing guidance on what could be built and created within the space and any safety measures that would need to be considered.
