After the Harvest: Eat. Drink. Connect was a website and blog I founded and contributed to for nine years -- it was my passion project. After the Harvest celebrated food and drink with a focus on culinary talent, sustainable food, wine pairings, travel, and entertaining. All photography and written content was my own. From this, I authored and self-published After the Harvest: Eat. Drink. Connect., a coffee table book featuring recipes, wine pairings, food fiction, travel writing, and original photography. Also under the umbrella of After the Harvest, I produced and coordinated food-related events including Cultivate: A Mini Film Fest (fundraiser) and A Taste of Spring (vegetarian food and wine dinner), and launched the After the Harvest podcast, where I interviewed chefs and other passionate food and drink professionals.
