Hello I'm Sharon. I've taken different road in life. I quickly grew out of being a free labor kid for my construction worker dad. Dad always had an infinite number of home improvement projects.  Still...never enough money!

I worked my way through college (BAAS and MBA). Many of you have done this too!

I build companies and I am a self-made multi-millionaire. I'm so passionate about getting the most out of my life!  Travelling to unique destinations, continuously experiencing life-long learning, attending the Dallas opera, giving back to select charities, becoming a podcaster later in 2025, and having fun too! I want more investors to create and touch their own dreams!

My role focuses on building strong, long-term relationships with active brokers to create win-win partnerships and close multiple deals together, not just one-off transactions.

With over 25 years of real estate investing experience under the owner's belt, the company specializes in acquiring assets through cash purchases, creative terms, or loan assumptions.
