Texas Backdraft Holdings LLC

This is an entity I utilize for the charity work I love engaging in.  I have been fortunate to cook for 5000 people ranging from cancer survivors to war veterans.  This has allowed me a creative outlet that has also helped countless others coordinate, source, and execute multiple events. I may have helped raise $180,000 for cancer research in the course of 2 years. 😉
