I created and improved a tracking sheet SOP to have better insights and visualization of the tracking loads, by creating an ETL query to transform the load information into an easy-manage spreadsheet for the collaborators to track loads easier and faster, and therefore a tool to review the workflow faster and easy to control for the end users.

Extracts and creates data from various call and contact number reports from the Five9 phone software.

Creates new software performance reports based on the database filled out by clients. Provides support for Credit Card Machines and All-in-One POS computers.

Goals Achieved:
I've created a help Center FAQ webpage to automate the SLAs and troubleshooting manual for the tech support team, since they were separated and organized, I unified this information into one webpage.his information

Quality Assurance Analyst

As a Networking support analyst, I committed myself to operating and saving the data enterprise assets and ensuring the operation of communication systems. My role was to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, optimize network performance, and provide support for different technologies and tools, finally using ETL information for presenting advances in updating telecommunication performance to the high management.

I created a report in a Spiceworks CRM to dynamically review the devices connected to the AD web and AWS and monitor their performance around the headquarters of the company, this implementation showed the IP, the latencies, if they were disconnected, the same CRM thrown an advertising message of disconnection, and as well the same system allowed me to download a CSV document to review and transform reports of the network performance during a timeframe.
