I channel over a decade of experience and all of my energy into helping professionals get paid more. 


Sometimes I support people through coaching and speaking. Other times, it’s through developing products. 

I sit squarely at the intersection of product management, AI, and workforce development. 

For normal people, that means I study and develop tech to help people advance in their careers. 

The 15 years of Air Force experience is nice. 

The pedigree (advanced degrees from Brown University and IE Business School) is nice too. 

The fact that I got *this* far from being homeless is a nice story. 

But what’s *important* is that I build software for organizations (think nonprofits, mission driven companies) who are doing great work and deserve the tech they need to be their best.

Besides this, I advocate for and support equity in entrepreneurship through word and action. 

That does not change just because our executive branch or major corporations stopped caring about it. 

My content will be about those subjects. 

In everything I do, I’m known for my creativity, strategic foresight, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

The best thing I’ve ever done for my son was struggling with my code in front of him.



He used to have a problem with giving up when something new got hard for him.

I used to tell him all the time that progress means pushing through that hardship. 

It never stuck until he saw me building products at the house.

Now he plays piano, is back into sports and is coding his own stuff (at 9 🤯)!

It’s tempting to present yourself as a perfect parent, but I realized that it can place unfair expectations in his mind, especially when he only sees the final product.

Sharing the journey and process is the most important part. The outcomes tend to take care of themselves anyway.

It’s not just hype, 2025 was a brutal year to find a new job.


Between this and the widespread layoffs, you’ve been stuck in one of the worst job markets of the entire century.

How do you overcome this in 2026?

1. Know that you’re still talented, hardworking, and valuable. The broader job market doesn’t change that about you.

2. Focus on what you can control and detach that work from the outcome.

How well are you building relationships in your sector?

If you’re changing careers, how are you showing and sharing what you’re learning?

Have you considered building your own business around your expertise?

Even if that effort doesn’t show results now, your growth compounds over time and the results will follow.

People are still watching you. They’re still rooting for you. They’re still itching to help you.

Keep putting in the work and put yourself in a position to be ready when your time comes.

And trust me, your time will come.

A skilled researcher and nascent data scientist with a background in academic research and clinical roles,
I have extensive experience cleaning, analyzing, and synthesizing data in a health care setting and a
history of success leading teams. I am energized by developing solutions to improve patient outcomes
and resolve challenging problems.

Drawing from experiences as a speech-language pathologist and doctoral student researcher, I bring to
the table not only experience in a wide range of health care facilities, but also a deep understanding of
research design and a talent for designing and developing research studies, in addition to collecting,
statistically preparing, and reporting on data.

I also offer extensive experience in teaching, lab management, and public speaking roles, having served
for a number of years as a guest lecturer and graduate assistant and delivered countless presentations
on clinical research at professional conferences, conventions, and symposia.

My history as a clinician is itself distinguishing; it affords me firsthand knowledge of the health care
provider’s experience, enabling me to make more informed conclusions from the data I’m analyzing.

In preparation to shift gears from clinical work to data science, I’ve completed numerous certifications
and trainings through DataCamp and Coursera, further honing my skills in programming, data cleaning,
data visualization, and data-driven decision-making.
