Led all design, development, and customer experience initiatives on Discover Card's flagship website, which directly and significantly contributed to Discover achieving "Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Credit Card Companies" in the J.D. Power Credit Card Customer Satisfaction Index for the first time. The website also received the top overall score for customer experience in the Keynote Scorecard and the top spot in the Forrester US Credit Card Secure Website Benchmark. 

Collaborated with cross-functional business partners to deliver the best digital experience for dozens of critical company initiatives each year. Coordinated all Voice of the Customer feedback for web and mobile, identifying pain points and linking feedback to future project queue. 

Owned strategy for social media customer service, reducing response time while also reducing cost, continuing to innovate in the channel with unique philosophy and features, and winning 1st place for Best Social Media Customer Care Program by IQPC. Also managed social media marketing strategy, including planning and execution of all organic and paid content.
