Led the creative direction for a new B2B eCommerce platform, starting from initial ideation and wireframing all the way to crafting polished, high-fidelity designs.

Worked closely with stakeholders to conduct usability testing, user research, and market analysis, ensuring the concept met both business goals and user needs.
Refined the information architecture to make the site more intuitive and user-friendly.
Designed a full set of visual assets, including custom icons and UI elements, to maintain a cohesive, on-brand experience across the platform.

At The House, I worked both autonomously and collaboratively, taking full ownership of design projects from start to finish. I was responsible for conducting user research, developing information architecture, and designing for clients including Chimeable and the UK Mathematics Trust.

While my design work was independent, I incorporated feedback from the team and used brainstorming sessions to refine ideas. This experience allowed me to work across all stages of design, from concept to execution, while honing my ability to manage projects independently and effectively communicate my ideas and progress to the team.
