But they haven't always been! My whole childhood until my early 20s I was overweight, had a poor relationship with food and I HATED sports. I met some amazing people by coincidence that totally changed my life (this will be a story for another day!) and that's how my fascination for the human body and all its reactions toward food and exercise started.

I create custom and realistic workout plans that can be easily include into  the busy schedules of my clients. Learning and building healthier eating habits, while still enjoying their favorite food and/or drink, is also part of the overhaul process.
