I am a Professor at McGill University and a Technical Consultant focused on: Moving AI from Discussion Rooms to Full-Fledged Production, and i’m very passionate about helping all stakeholders get there.

• Developed course content for the core course MGSC 662: Decision Analytics, including lectures, assignments, and exams, to provide students with a comprehensive introduction to the principles of data-driven decision-making using linear, integer, and nonlinear optimization techniques.
• Conducted sentiment analysis using OpenAI tools at UMass Boston with Prof. Romilla Syed, classifying social media posts to support research on abortion perspectives in the U.S., enhancing understanding of public opinion trends.

• Pioneered the development of ClassifAI, a Gen-AI based sentiment classifier on AWS EC2, increasing operational efficiency by ∼50% on pilot customer sentiment analysis cases
• Initiated and automated retail analytics using Python, JavaScript, and Alteryx, saving the practice approximately 150 hours per month and boosting client Net Promoter Score (NPS) to 90%; Nominated “Star Innovator” among 800+ employees at the annual awards
