I am a Professor at McGill University and a Technical Consultant focused on: Moving AI from Discussion Rooms to Full-Fledged Production, and i’m very passionate about helping all stakeholders get there.

With my partner we were the first to apply Adversarial Learning Methods in Arabic texts and our method has made possible to go beyond the state of the art. • Monitored and reported service availability, usage and statistics of incidents tickets.
• Developed a Machine Learning solutions in the internal IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Used a Multinomial Naïve Bayes classifier to categorize new support tickets based on input text. 
• The SLA response times have been cut in half and the estimated annual cost savings rack in more than $100,000.
