PharmEasy is India’s largest online retailer of Medicine, Healthcare & Diagnostics Related Products.

- Product Lead for the overall Acquisition charter. Extensively worked on improving the SEO traffic (100% imp. in 1 year), building and driving Content to Commerce Strategy (+5% GMV Gain), and improving Home to Order Funnel for Apps (+1% imp.)

- Product Lead to build the Personalization & Recommendation Charter from the ground up - with the goal to personalize the user's experience (near real-time) and build recommendation levers to cross-sell newly launched verticals. Post 15 months into it, this theme was driving 4% of the overall Business GMV. 

- Product Lead for the Search Experience charter – primarily working with Data Science to improve the Relevance and Ranking of the Search Results for better conversion. Driven multiple experiments to improve the Search to ATC by 1%.

Senior Product Manager

- Product Lead for the Growth Charter – where most of the work involved working on promotion constructs to improve the “Revenue/Promotion Spend” ratio. Improved this metric by 15% over the period of the next 9 months.
 
- Product Lead for Platform capabilities - Modularisation, Discovery, Segmentation, A/B. The biggest highlight was building a platform to categorize users into different segments and showing them different layouts on the Home Page with the capability to experiment among layouts. This improved Home to Order Funnel by 1.5%

Worked in sync with Product & Marketing Team to build SEO Strategy for the new inhouse Project of Policybazaar – Docprime.com – ( An Online Doctor Consultation & Healthcare Platform). Increased overall Organic Traffic from 0 to 100K within three months of launch.

While still in Engineering college, the entrepreneurship bug hit me in 2nd year and I started building Coachgator. Coachgator was a platform that helped Students in deciding the right Coaching Institution for their High School Studies & Entrance Examinations

-	Lead Product, Marketing, and Sales. Also raised a small seed fund to finance the operations of the company
-	Grew Customer base to 1000+ Students and 50+ Coaching Institutes
