Led a couple of Stripe's most successful products from their early days (Stripe Connect, Stripe Terminal). Helped build the Product Management function at Stripe, as one of the early members of the PM team and as Stripe's first PM Manager. Led & grew several products at Twitter, Google, Yahoo, including some products & features you probably use daily / weekly.

Now, I advise startup founders, coach executives, do occasional speaking engagements, and teach.

An IT Engineer turned UX Designer turned Product Manager, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise, design thinking, and strategic product development to my work. My journey began as an engineer, where I honed my problem-solving skills before transitioning to UX Design to understand users deeply and simplify complex workflows. Over seven years as a UX Designer, I worked across diverse domains—from security and networking to finance and healthcare—gaining invaluable insights into user behaviors and crafting intuitive solutions to challenging problems.

For the past three years, I’ve channeled this experience into Product Management, where I focus on identifying customer pain points, defining impactful solutions, and driving product strategy. As the first Product Manager at TeamOhana, a Silicon Valley-based Series A startup, I played a key role in building the company’s headcount management platform from the ground up. Collaborating closely with founders and cross-functional teams, I designed the core workflow that serves as the scalable foundation for new features, transforming the platform into a single source of truth for people, processes, and data.

My work has been instrumental in aligning product vision with business goals, improving operational efficiency for clients, and enabling TeamOhana’s growth from seed funding to Series A. I thrive in dynamic environments where I can combine user empathy, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver products that not only solve problems but delight users.
