- Activities undertaken for this project are as follows:

1. Technical Procurement & Expediting of Instrument Packages like Electronic transmitters, Pressure and Temperature gauges, Ultrasonic Flow meter, Control valves, Pressure safety valve, Instrument and Electrical Bulk materials, DCS modification module cards in line with Project-Procurement principles of Cost, Quality and Delivery.
2. Co-ordination with Client, Vendors and Technical disciplines with regards to the Technical Procurement activities and approval of all documentations.
3. Expediting the Manufacturing of the Materials and delivery to site.
4. Co-ordination with Third Party for Inspection of all packages in line with the approved Inspection & Test Plan, issuing Dispatch Clearance Note on Complete acceptable complied Inspection based on Inspection reports from Inspector (TPI).
5. Holding Weekly and Monthly meetings with Client for due update of Technical Procurement activities, handling of all related technical queries. Holding meetings with Vendors in regards to queries and required clarifications for the smooth flow of Project.
6. Co-ordination for Delivery of Materials to Project Warehouse and Visual Inspection of the same in accordance with Client TPI. Quantity reconciliation as required. Co-ordination with Logistics for the delivery and hand-over of the materials to Client Site once the Visual Inspection at the warehouse was Acceptable.
