● Conceived and rolled out 'DoubtSolve,' an image-based Q&A feature answering 5 million math and science questions, accumulating 30,000 video hours in the first year

● Drove overall website conversion by 10% in 6 months through improvements in checkout and product pages

● Developed a mobile phone recommendation tool, "Phone Finder",  driving over USD 65,000 in sales and enhancing engagement and brand

● Led the strategy to introduce an online marketplace for users to sell used phones back to the Phonebot. This helped the company reduce the cost of acquiring inventory

Unilever

Part of the highly selective Unilever Future Leaders Program and partnered with Sales Operations and Brand finance teams over two rotations

● Introduced a project that installed IoT trackers on last-mile delivery vans to provide route optimization and real-time visibility and consequently delivered savings of USD 1.5 million by renegotiating contracts with third-party logistics partners

● Applied zero-based budgeting to analyze sales overheads for the previous three years and eliminate waste by reducing overhead spending by USD 500,000

● Liaised with senior stakeholders, including directors and VPs, for Month-to-Month key P&L metrics and deep dives
