As we continue rolling out AI-powered job search globally - and see millions of searches every day - we’ve been moving quickly to improve it based on your feedback.

One thing we heard loud and clear: you missed filters.

With AI-powered job search, you don’t need to use filters the same old way - you can simply describe what you’re looking for in your own words - e.g., “remote product marketing jobs” or “partnership roles in the movie industry.”

That said, we know filters can still be helpful. A couple of months ago, we added five back: Date posted, Company, Easy Apply, Under 10 applicants,

That was just the start. We’ve now started rolling out dynamic filters that adapt in real time to your search - making it even easier to fine-tune what you see. (You can see them in action in the GIF in the comments)
