₹10 crore in India is freedom.
Not luxury. Not yachts.

Freedom.
Freedom to say no.
Freedom to switch careers.
Freedom to take a break.
Freedom to not panic over every market crash or job loss.

The interesting part?
For a dual-income professional couple starting in their mid-20s, building ₹10Cr by 40–45 isn’t unrealistic.

With consistent investing, 12–15% returns, and discipline it’s math, not magic.

Yet, very few reach there.
Why?

Because most people block their biggest wealth-building years early.
At 25 or 28, emotions take over:
 “Own house = success.”
 “Rent is waste.”
 “Everyone is buying.”

So they lock themselves into a 20–25 year EMI.

And once ₹40K–₹80K per month goes into EMIs, flexibility disappears.
Risk-taking reduces.
Investing slows down.

It’s not that buying a house is wrong.

These 5 financial milestones are not optional. They are the need of the hour.
Everyone has different dreams, lifestyles, and goals.

But there’s a basic financial foundation that everyone needs at least as a minimum to live freely and peacefully.

I’m not saying you should stress yourself trying to achieve these overnight.
But if you start early and stay consistent, you can realistically reach these milestones before 30.

And once you do, life changes.

Not just financially but mentally.

Because the truth is, today 90% of problems can be solved with money and the right wisdom about spending and investing it.

When you combine these two elements, you create stability.
And stability creates freedom.

If I had to define 5 core financial milestones, they would be:
• ₹30 lakh minimum net worth
• 6 months of emergency fund
• Zero consumer debt (no credit card or personal loan outstanding)
• Health insurance with at least ₹20 lakh cover
• Term insurance with at least ₹2.5 crore cover

This isn’t about showing off wealth.
It’s about building a safety net strong enough that life’s surprises don’t break you.

Once your base is secure, growth becomes easier and stress becomes lighter.

Is it a good idea to take a loan for a wedding just because it’s a once-in-a-lifetime event?

Someone reached out to me during a 1:1 session. He’s getting married in the next 8 months.

He said,
 “Siddhant, I have ₹6 lakh in savings, and my total wedding expense is ₹10 lakh. Should I take a loan?”

Instead of directly saying yes or no, I asked him something important:
What other possible sources do you have?

Let’s keep debt as the last option or avoid it completely if possible.

I suggested a few alternatives:

Can you arrange interest-free money from relatives, close friends, or cousins?
Are you expecting any bonus or additional income in the coming months?

Do you have anything at home that’s unused and can be sold? 

Maybe an old bike, scooter, car, or anything else that can generate some extra cash?


And so on.

My suggestion was simple:

 Avoid a loan as much as possible, so you don’t start your married life worrying about EMIs and debt pressure.

After one month, he came back with a big smile.

He said he managed to arrange the extra money through relatives, selling unused items, and an upcoming bonus.

Sometimes, solutions exist.

But because of so much noise around us, we fail to identify them.

Company delayed salary by 20 days.

What would you do?
Recently, I was speaking to a friend. His salary was delayed by more than 20 days.

But his EMIs weren’t delayed.
Banks don’t wait.

 They start calling.
 They charge late fees.
 They affect your credit score.

So whose fault is it?

The bank’s?
The company’s?
Yours?
Or just the situation?
Salaries can get delayed sometimes.

EMIs can’t.
So what are the options?

A) Pay the minimum due
B) Borrow from a friend
C) Use a credit card
D) Ignore the calls

This is exactly why an emergency fund matters ideally 6–12 months of survival expenses without depending on salary.

But the real question is:

Does everyone actually have that cushion?

Maybe not.

Coming back to my story, as my career grew, my income increased. But the biggest mistake I did was I didn’t start investing until I got married.

I did some small investments just for tax savings without a clear plan. 

📍Here’s my two cents who is starting now:

1. Start investing early. Time compounds quietly.
2. Take risks you can afford to lose.
3. Secure health insurance, term insurance, and six months of emergency funds.
4. Invest in your skills.
5. Think long term. Avoid greed.

Financial planning is about intention, not income.

They slow down because the same data is fetched again and again.

This reel explains caching in simple terms:

• You start with an app that queries the database for every request.
• Traffic grows. The database becomes the bottleneck.
• Repeated reads overload it. Latency increases.
• So you add a cache layer.
• Frequently accessed data is stored in fast memory.
• Requests hit the cache first instead of the database.
• If the data is present, it returns instantly.
• If not, it’s fetched from the database and stored for next time.

That’s the core idea.

Caching isn’t just about speed.
It’s about reducing database load, improving response times, and handling scale gracefully.

It decides “where” data is served from so your system can stay fast under pressure.
