Primarily responsible for providing Level 1 & 2 support to clients requesting assistance with Microsoft Office suite applications, legal desktop applications, and the document management system

    Provides guidance to clients on the proper use of software applications

    Accompanies the user throughout the process, and escalates any problems requiring a higher level of assistance, ensuring resolutions are managed within a reasonable timeframe

    Tracks in ticketing system all issues and resolutions

    Provides after hours support for all computer systems based on a pre-established, rotating schedule.
