I’m the Founder of Internet Lifestyle Hub and the creator of the Freedom Business Model — a community-led approach to turning knowledge into meaningful income, without burnout or value compromise.

My journey wasn’t linear.
I was once a college dropout, then a struggling employee pawning jewellery to survive. That experience shaped how I think about freedom — not as escape, but as clarity, choice, and inner stability.

Over the last decade, I’ve worked with 48,263+ experts, coaches, and professionals. Collectively, they’ve generated ₹1000+ crore in revenue, including 500+ Crorepatis and 30+ who crossed ₹10 crore.

But outcomes were never the destination.

Freedom was.

At the heart of the Freedom Business Model is a strong Human Operating System — the ability to think clearly, lead oneself, and make conscious decisions as AI reshapes work and life.

This was the year 2015...

I was working hard, building my agency.

Married. With a 3 year old son. 

I was not eating well.

Not sleeping properly.

One early morning... something hit me really hard.

A panick attack.

I could not sleep.

Breathlessness.

Anxiety. 

I thought I was going to die. 

Everything was falling down.

I lost confidence in myself and my business. 

Why? 

Because I could not provide for the family..

The stress had built up so much...

My mental health was down...

My wife and I went to an astrologer. 

He said.. just take charge of you mind. 

And then...

I get back into deep spiritual practices. 

I started to hear the 12th chapter of the Bhagavad Gita on loop for days.

I soaked into the power of divine sound.

I could feel something shift...

And then..

For the first time in my life, I went for a Panchakarma treatment.

The doctor told me that my digestive system was shot due to my poor lifestyle habits.. My gut was not good.

And that was affecting my mental health. 

Priori to visiting the doc.. for 2 weeks I was not able to sleep. 

During the panchakarma, I intensified my inner journey.

I could feel my body and mind aligning and shifting.

It took me another 2 weeks..

and all those thoughts anxious subsided...

Faith started to overcome the fear.

My sleep got better.

My panic attacks disappeared gradually.

And I started to live more intentionally. 

From then on... I started to take better care of my body and mind. 

I started to connect back to the power of spirituality.

Without the support of my wife, Vanita, I would have given up.

Without the power of the Gita... I would have remained in fear. 

I share this today, knowing the importance of mental health. 

If I had not gone through that situation.. I would not be able to guide thousands of people work on themselves... today...

I also realised the importance of "gut health" as this is our second brain.

And how it impacts our thoughts and emotions. 

Mental and physical health are connected.

Moral of the story...

You matter. 

Take care of yourself...

Do not neglect your health. 

Get help if needed. 

You can get out of any situation when you connect with your inner world.

Spirituality is the solution to all problems in this world - whether you believe in this or not.
