At TopSolutions, I oversee the company strategy in various areas such as product development, sales, finance, HR, supplier relations, business development, and marketing, which has led to a significant increase in annual revenue. I lead the executive management team and work closely with parent-company executives from different departments. My responsibilities also include managing four core product lines and two major company acquisitions, ensuring seamless business consolidation and integration with no loss of clients. I have spearheaded a transformation from a perpetual license model to a subscription-based SaaS model, achieving high subscription rates by focusing on customer success. Additionally, I have built and managed strategic collaborations with various partners to enhance our organization's expertise and offerings. Lastly, I have initiated the transfer of support and development teams to a new location, assembling a diverse team that improved the employee turnover rate.

I led the Delivery, Product Management, and Business Development departments, taking an active role in managing key accounts, closing large deals, and introducing new solutions. I was instrumental in transitioning the product portfolio to a SaaS model, including designing and developing a new generation of core products that contributed significantly to the company's revenue. I managed delivery and professional services, consistently exceeding billable utilization goals. I also built partnerships to create new solutions in customer experience improvement. Furthermore, I successfully led the post-acquisition merger of Ransys's business and solution suite with Top Solutions, overseeing product management and R&D teams, while retaining all of Ransys's accounts.

Ransys was a leading vendor of Enterprise Feedback Management software before its acquisition by Top Solutions.

I led the company's rapid transition from manual phone-based solutions to automated digital solutions, such as email, web, and mobile, which accounted for a significant portion of the total revenue in the first year. I also spearheaded the company's strategic expansion from a technology company to a service provider offering SaaS, consulting, and operational management services, generating a substantial share of our revenue. I managed an innovation program that secured a three-year grant from the Israel Innovation Authority. Additionally, I advised c-level management on improving customer service and experience metrics. I conducted sales workshops and presentations in various international locations, including South Africa, Spain, and the UK.

I led a team of 20 employees in the Product Management, Presales, and Global Implementation divisions. I coordinated department work, from identifying market gaps to defining requirements to launching products. I oversaw the development of six core product versions with a substantial budget. I also led the development and launch of two flagship web-based products, which accounted for a significant portion of the company's revenue. I played a key role in increasing the closing rate of high-value deals and cut presale resources substantially by restructuring POC processes. I built relationships with international research agencies such as Gartner, DMG Consulting, and others, who recognized Ransys as a global leader in feedback management. I presented company solutions and product strategies to large audiences at workshops and conferences.

I implemented product management methodologies to develop product versions based on market requirements and predefined schedules and budgets. I also implemented MS SharePoint to manage product development, which significantly boosted development efficiency.
