With over 15 years of experience in the software industry, I have a strong background in user research, agile project management, data science, and design thinking. 

I've successfully launched and scaled multiple products and platforms for social impact, education, collaboration, and business transformation. I am passionate about creating positive change through technology, and empowering people and organizations to achieve their goals. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to my work, as I have worked with and learned from clients and partners across various sectors, regions, and cultures. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new domains, and I have completed several certifications in topics such as climate change, innovation, and data science.

As a collaboration expert, I have a strong focus on the future of work. My book, "The Async-First Playbook," provides practical guidance on remote collaboration strategies for agile software teams.
