I started my career in ballet, performing professionally before leaping (quite literally) into B2B SaaS.

What began in tech sales turned into a passion for building real community.

“Taking Power” is our Women of SaaS theme for 2026 💪
 And last night made it very clear why this matters.

Because taking power doesn’t always look loud or bold.

Sometimes it looks like naming invisible work.
Sometimes it looks like setting a boundary.
Sometimes it looks like letting go of the things that quietly drain us.

A huge thank you to Templafy, and to Phoebe, Viktoria and Silvia for hosting us so warmly and truly holding space for this conversation.

And to every woman who showed up. You didn’t just attend. You contributed. You reflected. You shared. You listened. 

That’s what makes this network what it is.

We anchored the evening around a Productivity reset for 2026 and what it really means to take our power back at work.

✨ Silvia opened the evening by showing how she’s built AI agents (using n8n) to remove admin before it quietly piles up and becomes overwhelming. 

Not productivity for productivity’s sake. 
But creating space. 
Space to think. 
Space to focus. 
Space to do work that actually makes impact.

It was genuinely inspiring to see what you’ve built, and judging by the conversations afterwards, you sparked a lot of people to start imagining (and building) their own agents. Me included 😉

I then had the pleasure of moderating a panel with the incredible Rebecca CCO Omnidocs and Nina CHSO Zensai 🙌

Rebecca shared something that really stayed with me:
Soft skills are not soft. They’re the glue of culture, especially in times of change. They should be treated as strategic drivers, not invisible extras that only get noticed when they’re gone.

Nina spoke powerfully about setting expectations early, even during hiring. 
Be helpful, yes. But stay anchored in what creates the most impact in your role. It’s a balancing act. And it’s okay to say no, as long as you communicate clearly and work towards better solutions.

And then there’s the invisible work behind this network.

To my incredible co-lead Jasmine and Johanne: these events don’t just happen. They’re built through planning, care, follow-ups, and a thousand small details no one sees.

So today, I’m making that visible.

I appreciate you both more than I can put into words 🫶

I’ll end with a reflection someone shared during the evening, because it captures it perfectly:

Invisible work is real. It exists in every role. It’s constant, often unnoticed, and it still needs to be done. Talking about it matters. Because too often, it’s only when someone leaves that invisible work becomes visible.

2026 isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing what matters.
And taking power while we do it.

My 2026 started quieter than usual.

I’m not very good at slowing down. Never have been.

I like being busy.
I like momentum.
I like feeling like I’m moving things forward.

So switching off over the holidays doesn’t come naturally to me.
It usually takes a few days to drop a gear or two (am I, weird?) 

But this year was different.

Both my husband and I are expats, and most holidays are spent travelling between the UK and Finland to see family. Always moving. Always packing. Always on the go, go, go!!

This year, we stayed put.

A quiet, cosy Christmas. Just the four of us.

It was the best decision we could have made.
Even though I did miss my extended family.

There were slow mornings.
Crafting with my kids.
Glue everywhere and half-finished projects.

No rush to be anywhere else.

Just proper quality time together.

I baked just for the joy of it.
Played in the snow with my kids. 
Cold hands, red cheeks and lots of laughing.

Time stood still.

And it made me realise how rarely I give myself permission to do simple things just because they bring me joy.

Doing nothing isn’t easy for me.
But I know slowing down, even briefly, resets something deeper.

I’m really thankful for the time away, and I’m heading into 2026 feeling genuinely refreshed, much calmer and ready. 💪

I’m now going into my third month at Zensai, and there’s a lot ahead:

- Running and attending 10+ industry events this year
- Building community properly, from the inside out
- Doing work that takes time, trust, and care

As Donal Mac Manus keeps saying:
“Watch out for the orange Zensai tsunami.” 🌊🧡

There’s plenty to do.

But I don’t want to do it in a rush.

I want to do it with intention.

In 2026, I want to protect time for the things that matter.

Because I’m learning that slowing down sometimes isn’t wasted time.

It’s what lets me show up better for my work, my family, and myself.

My word for 2026 is 'intention'

What’s one thing you’re saying no to in 2026 so you can be more impactful where it actually matters?

For a long time, I believed that saying yes to everything was the way forward in my career.

Be helpful. 
Be reliable. 
Be the organised one.

The person people trust to pick things up and make them work.

And there is strength in that.

But there’s also a cost.

If you don’t protect your time, your energy, and your focus, you end up pulled in all directions.

Busy, but not impactful.

Involved in everything, but not always doing your best work.

I’ve been there.

And honestly, I’m still learning.

That’s why this conversation feels so important going into 2026.

What an incredible surprise 💐

I opened my door yesterday to the most beautiful bouquet of flowers sent all the way from Sweden to celebrate two years of Saleswomen Unite 💗

Saleswomen Unite started because I wanted to create a space for women in sales to feel supported, seen, and less alone in a role that can often feel demanding and isolating.

What I didn’t expect…
Was flowers.
Was friendship.
Was how personal this community would become.

Somewhere along the way, members turned into close friends. The kind who remember milestones and show up in ways you never asked for but deeply appreciate.

Thank you, Arianna R.  for such a thoughtful and generous surprise. I’m so sad you can’t be with us tonight, but you’re very much part of this celebration 💜

Tonight, we’re celebrating our two-year anniversary dinner – and we’re fully booked 🥂

Two years of honest conversations.
Of showing up for each other.
Of creating space for women in sales to grow, question, lead, and just be human together.

Community is built one conversation at a time.
And I’m so grateful for every single one of you who’s been part of this journey so far.

High-kick energy to start the year. 🩰✨ It’s got me reflecting.

We’ve got a lot cooking right now across marketing and the wider org, and I’m feeling both challenged and very here for it 💪 

I’ve made a small promise to myself this year to share more of the real stuff.

How I work. What I’m learning as I go. The wins, the misses, and the things that didn’t land quite how I expected.

One thing I’ve genuinely appreciated since joining Zensai is the culture of weekly reflection 💭

Pausing to ask what worked, what didn’t, where I need support, how I’m actually feeling, and who deserves a proper kudos. That last part will always be my favourite 🧡

In 2026, I want to make that reflection more systematic.

Not as a productivity trick, but as a way to do better work without burning out. 

To create more meaningful content and conversations here on LinkedIn, stay grounded and grateful, and keep improving in small but intentional ways. 

Just honest progress and a lot of appreciation for the people around me.

That, to me, is the core of Human Success.

Can’t wait to see where this year takes us 🚀 🧡

I feel duped and I’m angry 😤 


Today I found out my 499 kr “auto-renew” subscription with CapCut has jumped to 1,999 kr.

That’s not a “price adjustment”.
That’s a 300% increase.

This is a tool I use every single day. 
I’ve made hundreds of videos with it. 
I’ve recommended it to countless people because it’s fast, intuitive, and really good.

I’m what you’d call a loyal, long-term customer.

But I’m not paying 1,999 kr.

Not because I can’t. 
Because I won’t.

I understand SaaS pricing. I understand growth, monetisation, and margin pressure. 

What I don’t accept is treating existing customers like they won’t notice or won’t care.

Especially when CapCut you’re part of ByteDance, a company valued at around $480B 🤯

The only “communication” I received?
An automated email from Apple 🤨

No heads-up.
No explanation.
No acknowledgment of loyalty.

And that’s the real issue.

A reminder for anyone building and selling software:

You don’t lose customers because your product stops being good.

You lose them when trust disappears 🫥

No matter how great the tool is.

Who else has been hit by this price hike??

Finding joy right now feels both selfish yet essential.

Not the loud kind.
The quiet kind you almost miss if you’re not paying attention.

With everything happening in the world, I’ve felt a stronger pull towards these small moments, the ones that ground us, the ones that make us feel human.

A few months ago, my friend Reagan Hochmeister  started a WhatsApp group called “The Lucky Person Syndrome.” Over 40 people from around the world share one photo a day of something that brings them joy.

I haven’t posted as regularly as I’d like. But opening that thread has become a quiet ritual.

A good book.
A cup of tea.
A snowy walk.
A beach day.
A beautiful sky.
Dinner with friends.

Tiny moments.

And somehow, seeing other people’s joy makes mine feel bigger too.

It’s reminded me how important it is to share these things. Not to escape what’s happening around us, but to stay human and connected with others.

Because even when the world feels chaotic and absurd, these small moments matter. They matter more than we know.

For me today, it was a quiet coffee before the kids woke up.

Some days, the world feels too heavy to post. Today is one of them.

Every time I open a draft, it feels insignificant. With so many atrocities unfolding right now, hitting “share” can feel almost wrong.

Here in Denmark, there’s a heaviness I can’t quite shake and a huge feeling of uncertainty. The news feels closer. With Greenland suddenly pulled into global power plays and pressure coming from the United States, it no longer feels distant or theoretical. 

And it’s hard to show up like everything’s normal.

But that’s when I come back to why I post.

- The connections I’ve made.
- The people behind the profiles.
- The reminder that we don’t have to show up perfectly to show up at all.

So if posting feels heavier than usual right now, you’re not alone.

Running a community on the side of a full-time job isn’t always glamorous.

It’s late-night messages, weekend check-ins, juggling calendars, ideas, energy, and logistics… usually between everything else life throws at you.

Which is why I want to take a moment to appreciate Vide-Marie Aarhus.

We speak most weekends.

Usually on Slack.

Usually about venues, ideas, people, or “what if we tried this?” moments.

And honestly, Saleswomen Unite wouldn’t be what it is without her.

I know. Completely unhinged behaviour. But, let me explain.

Sam is CPO at VEED.IO, an AI video creation platform, and I had the joy of moderating his keynote on how they actually use AI and help customers do the same.

The big takeaway?
 Experiment.
 Build things just because they’re fun.
 Ship fast.
 Stay curious.
 And don’t lose your sense of play while chasing innovation.

And honestly… what better proof of that mindset than a feature where you can turn yourself into a muppet? 🤣 

Fast forward to now and plot twist: we’ve just started using VEED at Zensai.

Which can only mean one thing…

My heart is still full 💜
Last week, we celebrated two years of Saleswomen Unite at Spuntino and I’ve been reflecting on it ever since.

Founding this community has taught me more than I ever imagined. 

About leadership. 
About trust. 
About letting go of control. 
About how powerful it is to create space and then step back and let others shape it with you.

The dinner itself was simple. No agenda. No stage. Just honest conversations, lots of laughter, and a room full of women who reminded me why this community exists in the first place.

Sales can be tough, lonely, and demanding. Saleswomen Unite started as a place where you don’t need to have it all figured out. Where ambition and honesty can live side by side.

Looking around the table, I realised how many of these women are no longer just connections. They’re collaborators, sounding boards, and close friends. Evenings like this remind me what an honour it is to build something like this together.

This night was also emotional for me, as Vide-Marie Aarhus steps away from her role in Saleswomen Unite.

Vide, you have given so much of your time, energy, and heart to this community. You’ve supported me through the highs and the hard moments, challenged me, taught me, and helped shape Saleswomen Unite into what it is today. 

You weren’t just our ambassador. You became a close friend.

You will be deeply missed, but I’m so excited to follow your next chapter and watch your career continue to grow. Thank you for everything you’ve poured into this community. You’ve left a mark, and it’s going to be hard to fill your shoes.

Two years in, and this still feels like just the beginning 💜
