I’ve always believed that sales is more than numbers — it’s about building trust, solving problems, and creating opportunities that change lives. 

For over a decade at CHG Healthcare’s CompHealth division, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 240 surgeons find the right fit for their careers while supporting hospitals in critical need. 

Along the way, I’ve been honored with Presidents Club recognition 10 times, generating $40M+ in gross profit, and earning the CHG Difference Maker Award for community impact.

My path here hasn’t been a straight line. Before healthcare, I built an e-commerce company from scratch, learning SEO, digital marketing, and customer experience long before they became buzzwords. 

Later, I launched a consulting business that guided 200+ leadership and business coaches in scaling their online presence — even collaborating with elite programs like Amy Porterfield’s (Best Selling Author of 2 Weeks Notice) Momentum Mastermind. 

Those experiences taught me how to blend sales strategy with digital innovation, and how to help others grow.

Today, I combine that background with a deep passion for coaching and mentorship. Whether it’s helping a physician navigate the locums market, guiding a new sales rep to confidence, or speaking on stages about value propositions and LinkedIn strategy, I thrive on empowering people to succeed.

Outside of work, I’m a lifelong learner and investor — managing rental properties, writing on Medium (where my articles reach 300+ readers daily), and hosting podcasts that connect communities. At the core of it all is one simple belief: when you put people first, results follow.

As a veteran of the health & fitness industry, I have extensive experience as a Wellness Coach & Certified Personal Trainer, and over the past thirty five years I have been fortunate enough to work with a diverse group of individuals whose goals were just as diverse, such as, weight loss, weight gain, body reshaping, and post-injury fitness & rehabilitation.

I currently work with 50+ active individuals who want to combat the aging process in the most efficient and effective way. 

My unique approach to fitness focuses on the practical, the possible, and the productive with a holistic approach that addresses total-well-being, including lifestyle, longterm health, and independence. 

I am skilled at helping my clients envision what their wellness would look like, feel like, and what it would mean to their overall health and wellbeing if they were to embrace the possibility that wellness is within reach, and then act in partnership to make that wellness a reality in a sustainable way into the future and beyond. 

What I am most proud of are the long standing relationships that I have established with many of my clients, and more importantly, the trust and confidence that they have placed in my abilities over the years, the decades, and their different life stages in helping them stay healthy and well and to continue to perform at a high level into their 60’s, 70’s, & 80’s.
