Having spent over a decade immersed in the startup ecosystem, I've journeyed through a spectrum of experiences - from numerous failed ventures to building a successful business, Jexo, that was recently acquired.

Reflecting on my journey, I see myself as a misfit - a founder who faced countless setbacks and bouts of self-doubt before finally finding my path. This 'misfit' identity, coupled with my deep-rooted passion for helping others, inspired me to establish Misfit Founders. This initiative is an authentic and supportive community designed to empower founders and ease the feelings of 'out-of-place' syndrome common among many entrepreneurs.

Project coordinated the virtual recordings for IHS Markits "CERAWeek". This involved co ordination of over 130 speakers worldwide for virtual studio recordings over the space of 5 weeks. This also included sending out "home recording kits" for the speakers to set up in their home at ease.

Managing the design, build and onsite delivery of The Angry Birds 2 Photocall at the Cannes Film Festival.

Overseeing and managing the production for the media and influencers photocall for Spiderman into the Spider-Verse at Londons Leake Street and The Vaults.

Managing the photocall from concept through to final creation and onsite delivery. This included complex logistics and permissions around watersports and waterskiiers through the Cannes Riviera. The Photocall and Stunt made the front page of Variety and many other trades.

Freelancing for Slick Productions I assisted with producing and managing all video content/animations for the on stage screens for the AFC Annual Awards in Bangkok.

The whole event was broadcast live to asian TV networks and streamed live online.

Managed and coordinated suppliers and all event logistics and generated creative ideas to ensure the success of large scale events, such as, PR stunts, film launches, conferences, and live award shows.
Fostered strategic relations with various commercial clients, including Sony Pictures, General Electric, Adidas, and AFC with £500K to £2M budget along with identifying new opportunities within existing accounts to achieve business bottom-line growth objectives.

Chloe is a producer at Nocturnal Pictures, a genre production company that aims to create viable and successful motion pictures for the commercial market. She has over 10 years of experience in project management, film production, and PR, working with some of the world's leading businesses and brands, such as Sony Pictures, XBOX, and General Electric.

She has produced three short films and her debut feature, The Last Rite, a supernatural horror film inspired by true events, which was released with Samuel Goldwyn Films in the US and Canada. She has also participated in several talent programs, such as BIFA Springboard, EIFF Talent Lab, and Creative England's Market Trader and Evolve, for her work on The Last Rite. 

She has managed production of large-scale movies at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival for Sony Pictures, and has been selected as a BAFTA Connect Member, a network of emerging and established talent in the film industry.

Its Chloe's shared vision with Writer/Director Leroy Kincaide, to build a slate of movies under the company brand Nocturnal Pictures, and create a leading production company that stands to ensure all motion pictures have viability for success and execution for the commercial market.
