Championed implementing a company-wide initiative to develop the first centralized and automated asset management tool for the IT Help Desk, using Assets and Jira Service Management (JSM), reducing the first contact resolution by 60%.

Participated in organizing events for the company and served as the Guest Speaker at three Atlassian events in 2021, effectively communicating the benefits of Atlassian solutions to attendees.

Significantly increased adoption and utilization of Atlassian tools in July 2021, by 400% in Confluence and 150% in Jira, since cloud migration in November 2019.
