In Entrepreneur's Organization (or EO), we have a concept called 5%.

5% means to cut through all the BS, and focus on the transparent, clear, meaningful, valuable, deep, etc. of an idea, story, pitch, theory, that actually matters.

So, in the spirit of cutting through the 95% noise and getting to the real 5% that builds trust, insight, and connection,

Here’s a list of what NOT to say:

If you're a VENDOR, please don’t say:

 ❌ “Just layer AI on top.”
