I’ve spent over two decades in fund administration, helping managers across hedge funds, private equity, credit, real estate and digital assets navigate complexity, scale operations, and unlock efficiency.

Since 2015, I’ve worked on the front lines of digital asset fund services—supporting some of the industry's first crypto funds. My work has also included building Gen AI-powered workflows, launching investor portals, and designing fund ops infrastructure from the ground up.

Today, I serve as Managing Director, USA at The Ascent Group, a global fund administrator with $40B+ AUA and a clear vision: combine high-touch service with proprietary, tech-forward solutions that actually work for fund managers.

• Partnered with Technology to design and project manage two major ER technology platforms
• Maintain case tracking database ensuring global consistency and accuracy

After spending 10 years in the world of HR and Recruitment, I have a proven track record in Global Investment Banking and steering a tech company's growth from 75 to over 1000 employees.

Back in 2021, I launched my first business Rebel HR as well as becoming Director at Windranger, specialising in recruitment & HR for tech start-ups and Web 3 businesses. 

Rapid scaling, new tech and industry adaptations is nothing new for us - we’re the specialists when it comes to the complexities of business growth.  

While developing and running both businesses, there has been one key factor that has been significant to the success I’ve achieved. 

For me, that was making my health a non-negotiable.
