I’ve spent over two decades in fund administration, helping managers across hedge funds, private equity, credit, real estate and digital assets navigate complexity, scale operations, and unlock efficiency.

Since 2015, I’ve worked on the front lines of digital asset fund services—supporting some of the industry's first crypto funds. My work has also included building Gen AI-powered workflows, launching investor portals, and designing fund ops infrastructure from the ground up.

Today, I serve as Managing Director, USA at The Ascent Group, a global fund administrator with $40B+ AUA and a clear vision: combine high-touch service with proprietary, tech-forward solutions that actually work for fund managers.

•	Designed and led the delivery of a global transformation programme comprising PM initiatives benefiting 9000 staff, across 400+ projects.

Led a 40 person ‘Business Change & Transformation Practice’ specialising in strategy and customer services to the public sector, 
• Responsible for for £10m P&L and Sales of £1.2-2m pa. 
• Achieved a team utilisation of between 94-96% per annum.

His team delivered capabilities and projects to Public Sector clients including; strategic planning, service design & build (including optimisation), blueprint design & operating models, citizen access, social care, wellbeing & consortia, customer service operations & customer insight, process & service optimisation, opportunity assessments & innovation, mobile and flexible working, programme level benefits & value realisation, and knowledge management.

During 2007-11 Peter was also Business Change Account Manager with the CSC Alliance
As Change Manager for the East of England Peter's account management role involved oversight of five consultants working with CSC Computer Sciences (the IT Supplier), the Strategic Health Authority, and Primary & Secondary Care Trusts. The role required close working with CSC Account Executives, the SHA CIO’s, NHS organisation leaders and managers. In general Peter’s activities encompassed; managing the account, relationship management across CSC and SHA executives, management of delivery pipeline and budgets, delivery assurance, additional service management (including service frameworks), and as an advisor to the NHS clinical leadership team promoting service improvement through effective patient pathway re-design.

During 2005-8 for Hedra Management Consulting, Peter delivered business change and transformation projects across the public sector, including;
