There's a massive difference.

The product works fine without AI. AI just makes it better.

The entire product architecture is designed around AI from day one.

Without AI, the product literally cannot exist.

I grew my lead gen agency to 1M ARR when I started taking LinkedIn seriously.

Before that, I was just another agency founder grinding on cold email alone.
