I’m an investment operations and client services professional with 16 years’ experience across buy-side, sell-side, and prime brokerage. My career has taken me from trading desks and reconciliations to client-facing roles at Citi, UBS O’Connor, and Värde Partners, where I built a reputation for problem-solving under pressure, improving processes, and strengthening client relationships.

In 2021, I stepped out of banking to run a career coaching practice. Over two years, I delivered 200+ sessions, helping professionals in finance and fintech navigate redundancy, career transitions, and burnout. That experience sharpened my mentoring skills and deepened my understanding of resilience, people, and leadership.

Now, I’m ready to return to financial services, bringing together operational expertise with a coach’s eye for people and performance. Whether solving trade breaks, improving settlement efficiency, or mentoring colleagues, I thrive at the intersection of detail and human connection.

Outside of work, I write, blog, and explore life’s tougher questions with the same curiosity I bring to markets and teams.

After spending 30 years in the construction industry working in pre-construction and bid management roles, I decided to change my career path and follow my passion working with people and helping them to achieve their fitness goals. 

My fitness journey began 16 years ago when my oldest child was born, I was massively out of shape and unfit so I threw myself into running, and completed numerous marathons, half marathons, 10 and 5k runs. A severe car accident in 2013 meant I required rehab on a shoulder injury and that's when I encountered my first Personal Trainer, and fell in love with the whole experience of personal training. I absorbed everything and asked 100's of questions to try and improve my own training regime and lifestyle. 

10 years on and I am a dedicated Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training and nutritional plans. My passion extends beyond just training; I am committed to mentoring aspiring personal trainers, guiding them through the certification process, and providing ongoing support to ensure their success in this rewarding career.
