Starting off as an Assistant in the Online Marketing team, I've been promoted twice and become the go-to Paid Search Channel specialist for all activities, insights and strategy for our stakeholders. I've also looked after Programmatic, YouTube Video, Social Media, E-Mail & Affiliate activity as well as cross-channel strategy.

Specific responsibilities include:

-	Solely handling multiple brands budgets ranging from £1k to seven figures. Working independently, I provide monthly forecasts, performance, testing and competitor analysis to management so they are completely up to date on all channel activities.

-	Managing 3 people across multiple brands, from teaching the basics of different channels all the way up to overseeing day to day activities. 

-	Working closely with different teams across the company to create a aligned approach to campaigns & developments. Examples include the SEO, E-Commerce, Marketing, Product & Sales teams  

-	Programmatic & Social Media retargeting activity across 4 different brands, using Facebook, DV360 and GDN Network. 

-	YouTube advertising focusing on B2B Brand Awareness campaigns, using video experiments and brand lift studies to test different ads and audiences

-	Building & maintaining excellent external relationships with Google, Microsoft, our Automated Bidding Supplier, Media Agency & several Affiliate partners. 

-	Creating and giving presentations to new starters & sales teams, so they better understand our Digital Marketing activities, as well as directly to potential clients in sales pitches.

-	Management of our B2B accounts across the UK and Germany. Looking at the customer journey, we have a two-pronged approach with some campaigns raising awareness and starting the user’s path, whilst our second set of campaigns secure the sales.

- Writing content for e-mail campaigns for one of our International Brands, focused on Hospitality content in the Middle East.
