I devised, developed and analysed online and offline integrated multi-channel campaigns to drive new business and ultimately build and retain a strong membership base with solid recurring revenues.

I used the full mix of channels including but not exclusive to, direct mail, inserts, email, social media and PPC activity.

I was responsible for managing marketing agencies, in particular to deliver our subscription site www.farmers-guardian.co.uk and PPC campaigns, creating content and working on funnel optimisation via user journeys, providing analysis via Google Analytics and working to ensure high conversion rates via Adwords. 

I managed our newstrade offering which includes allocating supply, reviews of retail multiple listings, working with our independent newsagents and all promotional activity within retail multiples and WHSmith and independent outlets. I  worked closely with our distribution partners Seymour on circulation strategies.

I managed our exhibition calendar, creating concepts, designing stand spaces, developing our show offers, and collaborating with third party suppliers to adhere to media partnership agreements.

Membership and Subscription Marketer

I founded Sweetieatie – a handmade gourmet caramel business and created my own recipes after
originally making sea salted caramels for friends and family and being asked where I got them from.

I developed 7 wrapped caramel flavours and 3 caramel sauces and attended farmers markets and produced bespoke wedding favours and gifts of both individually hand wrapped caramels and jars of pouring caramel sauces. 

I created the products, all branding and packaging concepts myself alongside developing the business in my spare time.

Achievements
•	Won a Great Taste Award for my Apple and Cinnamon caramels.
•	Stocked in several farm shops, retail outlets including Chiquito and gained repeat wholesale orders.
•	Awarded Producer Bursary Award and won a stand shell scheme at BBC Good Food Show Spring which involved late nights and busy weekends to develop stand design form scratch and included making 600 jars of caramel sauce over one weekend in preparation as I was also working full time!
