Soula Parassidis has appeared at leading opera and concert venues worldwide, including Berlin Philharmonie, Teatro Massimo Palermo, Prague Rudolfinum, Oper Leipzig, Festival Aix-en-Provence, Theater an der Wien, Opéra Nationale de Bordeaux, Guangzhou Opera, Taipei Symphony, and many others.

A passionate advocate for the operatic art form and the singers who inhabit the stage, in 2019 Soula founded the online platform Living Opera. Living Opera is a community initiative spanning 4 continents that strives to inform, equip, and empower singers about the realities of the business of opera. Living Opera has worked with various organizations including Medici TV (Paris), Reload Greece (London), Florida State University, Houston Grand Opera Studio, and Northland, Orlando.

Jaime Vaughn has a wide range of marketing and sales experience in the entertainment industry. She spent a decade at Word Entertainment / Warner Music Group as the Director of Sales and Marketing, working with legacy artists like Point of Grace and Big Daddy Weave, launching groups such as for King & Country, Sidewalk Prophets, and We Are Messengers on to the national scene. She also worked with film and television properties including VeggieTales and When Calls the Heart.  Carrying her consumer knowledge to Lifeway’s Global division working in Africa, Australia and New Zealand. As a Media Strategist for Salem Media Group’s "CCM Magazine" and "Singing News Magazine," she's worked with Christian music artists across all genres helping to build their ministries. Jaime became the face of both proprieties as a reporter interviewing artists like MercyMe, Bill Gaither, Steven Curtis Chapman, Harry Connick, Jr., CeCe Winans, Kathie Lee Gifford, and many more.

At Nxt Level, Jaime serves as the Strategic Alliance Manager, heading marketing and branding for the company.  With her decades of experience in the music and entertainment industries along with her great personal relationships throughout Middle Tennessee, Jaime facilitates relationships with the Nashville Chamber of Commerce, Williamson Inc., Vanderbilt University’s The Wond’ry, Nashville Tech Council, and all community involvement.  She is the producer of the “Nxt In” podcast, and the producer and host of the “How She Got There” podcast, with guests being executives from companies such as IMB, SalesForce, Google, Daimler, Unanimous AI, Iron Galaxy, Sprout Social, Counterplay Games, Squanch Games, and WorkDay.
 
Jaime is also instrumental in the success of the Nashville branch of Founders Live, a program that helps aspiring entrepreneurs gain exposure and connections with potential investors in the Nashville community at large. She also serves as a mentor for the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center, the incubation program for the best and brightest high school students in Williamson County, TN.
