In my role as the Vertical Head of Client Success, I work daily to ensure our clients not only stay with us but also grow alongside us. I’m also working on tools & frameworks that help make client conversations smoother and more efficient.

With a solid foundation in account management, I lead a team of dynamic account managers across both Growth and Retention functions. My core focus includes:
