Recently drove investments across scale and automation that reduced time to launch new business entities by X (confidential). Responsible for leading and launching “Instant hotel bookings” to let customers make hotel bookings from within TripAdvisor apps without going to another online travel agency or a hotel site. Drove product strategy, roadmap, software design to integrate with 17 third party integrators and hotel channels. Thereby increasing the volume of online hotel bookings resulting in an increase of 10% transaction revenue.

▪	Identified and conducted competitive analysis on pricing and technology for each 3rd party partner

Responsible for owning and leading online Hotel booking and Car rental backend platform products, third party connectivity and supply sources to help grow Expedia’s online inventory and make more choices available to online booking customers. Drove online hotel inventory growth from 32K hotels to 175k hotels, integrated with 3rd party car rental agencies to increase choice of inventory and lower the cost for customers. Thus, increasing contribution margin by 60-70MM a year and 1%+ conversion increase.
