We empower ethical clinicians to own teams as directors and co-owners (typically 10-12 grouped by region/specialty), creating sustainable foundations, better business outcomes, higher clinician satisfaction through collaboration, and dedicated client care. Achieved via aligned incentives and lock-step partnerships—not franchising—this forms a constellation of high-powered, human-centered teams. This bridges my passions of organizational psychology & psychotherapy, empowering resilience and impact for clinicians and clients.

In organizational psychology, I operate Social Capital Holdings, consulting Fortune 500/1000 firms on efficiency and performance. Now, I focus on engaged partnerships in businesses like Midsommer and others, strengthening systems, leadership, and operations.

While devoting time to psychotherapy a few days weekly and advancing ventures, my deepest passion is Social Capital Foundation. Real leaders don't wait to see credentials before showing respect.

- Dignity isn't distributed based on job descriptions

Three simple shifts that change everything

1. Replace "What do you do?" with “What are you passionate about?"
Watch how conversations transform when you're genuinely curious about the person, not their position.

2. Listen for the story, not the status: 
Everyone has a journey.

3. Practice "respectful curiosity":

The worst career advice I ever heard: "You're too old to start over."


Let's normalize people making big career changes at any age.

The most heartbreaking conversations I have are with people in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who tell me:

"I wish I'd done this 10 years ago."

They stayed in careers they hated because they thought they were too old to pivot.

Too established to start over. Too far down one path to choose another.

So they played it safe. Collected the paycheck. Convinced themselves it was "too late."

Protecting your time, focus, and mental space doesn’t make you cold — it makes you effective.

They help you decide what gets your attention and what doesn’t.
Because not everyone deserves access to your time or mental space.

Endless negativity.
If someone always brings problems but never solutions — stop being their emotional landfill. You can listen with empathy without absorbing their energy.

Unclear work expectations.
If you’re constantly saying “yes” to extra work, late calls, or unrealistic deadlines, you’re not being a team player — you’re burning out. Boundaries protect both your energy and your quality of work.

Relationships that drain instead of support.
