Along the way, I’ve also worked with founders and CXOs to grow their presence on LinkedIn, turning simple ideas into content that builds trust, sparks conversations, and drives real opportunities.

At the core, I believe content shouldn’t feel forced. It should feel like you.

- you don’t need to post every day.  
- you don’t need fancy carousels.  
- you don’t even need to “go viral.”

Oh, by the way, a little professional update (because I clearly missed doing it here).

I’ve been a part of underneat.in gang for a while now, and it’s been one of those experiences that constantly makes you pause and think,

“Wait, am I really doing this?” (in the best possible way.)

The kind of work that pushes you, excites you, humbles you, and sometimes makes you question if your brain and excel are conspiring against you.

But here’s the thing, I’ve genuinely loved it.

To be pushed into challenges I didn’t see coming, to learn parts of myself I didn’t know existed,
and to finally see how much difference the right environment and the right people make.

And oh, my bosses?

1/ Accountant (4–5 yrs experience) 

Someone who knows numbers the way we know shapewear. If you’ve handled day-to-day accounting, worked with D2C brands, and can talk TDS/GST without Googling halfway… we want you.

Basically, if Excel is your love language, hello. we’re looking for you. 

2/ Female Lingerie Technician (2–3 yrs experience) 

If you understand fittings, construction, and can turn ideas into artworks and can communicate clearly while effortlessly working with design, sampling, and production team. 

If you’ve always looked at a bra and thought, “I can make this better” - you’re our person.

You’ll be joining a team that runs on creativity, caffeine, and the insane brainstorming sessions all under the guidance of Vimarsh Razdan  & Kusha Kapila

Working this close to the customer teaches you something unexpected. 

Women rarely tell you what they truly want 
but they show you in micro-behaviours.

~ What they return.
~ What they reorder without thinking.
~ What they gift to friends.
~ What they take the longest to decide.

These small signals shape more strategy than any 50-page report.

That’s why at underneat.in, we obsess over patterns, not opinions.

People’s choices reveal their comfort zones far more accurately than their words.

And if you want to build a brand that stays relevant,

you have to learn to listen to behaviour before listening to noise.

one thing i’ve learnt that good communication isn’t about sounding clever. It’s about 

sounding true.

Whenever I sit for any brief or write myself for underneat.in , I go through one filter:

“If this was said by a real woman to her friend, would it still work?”

If the answer is no, the line goes out.

Because brand stories only work when they feel like real conversations. 

honest, simple, and slightly personal.

The rest is just decoration.

sorry to break it to you but discipline isn’t waking up at 5 AM or having a colour-coded routine.

Real discipline is doing the boring parts:

sending the email you’ve been avoiding,
finishing the task that’s 80% done,
showing up when motivation is nowhere to be found.

It’s not glamorous.
It’s not aesthetic.

But it’s the part that quietly builds momentum while everyone else waits for “motivation.”

Consistency is built in the unexciting moments.

unpopular opinion: A brand doesn’t win because it says something new.

It wins because it says the same thing with honesty, consistency, and proof.

Most categories chase differentiation.

But in everyday essentials, the real gap is trust.
Women don’t need louder campaigns.

They need brands that don’t overpromise, don’t complicate, and don’t make them feel wrong about their bodies.

So our positioning work often sounds like this:

“Say less. Mean more.
And back every line with a product that actually does what it says.”

It isn’t glamorous.
But it’s the only kind of storytelling that lasts.
