She specializes in building cross-functional initiatives across organizations to support strategic direction, create execution frameworks, and design process automation & workflow enhancements using the power of AI.

Susie has a Kolbe Assessment of 6833 (Explain, Systemize, Stabilize, Envision) and is an ENFJ. Giving her both the visionary understanding to work alongside big ideas and the practical tendencies to lead implementation. 

When she’s not partnering with innovative businesses to drive growth through program design, business development workflows and designing a fresh SOP, she is co-founder in Little Monster, a Berlin-based sauna concept bridging the gap between technology, wellness and sound therapy to create 360 immersive experiences.
