Hi, I’m Stacy, 
a small-town lake country girl turned modern traditionalist, building emotionally intelligent technology and presence-based leadership systems for the future of legacy.

Since I was ten, I’ve believed business could be done differently — not just more efficiently, but more humanly.

For 27+ years, I led innovation across startups and Fortune 5 companies. I learned how systems scale and how trust breaks, whether because emotion gets edited out or because unchecked emotion runs the show.

When it was time to choose what came next, I couldn’t return to the system I once believed would take me to the top.

That decision sparked my current path, one that bridges emotional intelligence, technology, and generational wealth.

I founded Equati to help family offices, investors, and founders align values, vision, and legacy within their direct investing. Because legacy isn’t numbers on a page; it's a living system shaped by presence, trust, and the way we communicate across generations.

Alongside Equati, I serve as a Presence-Based Chief of Staff & Leadership Consigliere --- a strategic partner to founders, principals, and family enterprises navigating growth, succession, or strategic inflection points.

My work blends strategic clarity with emotional intelligence, helping leaders create coherence across their people, priorities, and processes.

I am the person at a network event, in the group that is laughing a bit too loudly, having a bit too much fun for such a serious and important event.

You walk over and say hi,

What do you do, you ask?

"I’m a connector of dots".

I continue.

I help brands understand where they are now, where they want to be and what they need to do to bridge the gap.

Huh, what does this mean, you ask

This involves digging into the context of now, understanding who the customer is at a human level, evaluating the value proposition via the lens of the brand and the products, and how it communicates it via the big ideas and tiny details of marketing. 

Whether a company has been in market for 5,10,30, 50+ years it is often about stripping out the layers of complexities, redefining and then codifying the magic, so the brand can set about winning the hearts and minds of its customers.

And who do you do it for you ask?

All sorts of brands. 

What I love about my job is the variety. I am currently helping a big, world famous legacy brand shift change, whilst at the same time helping a scale up, scale. 

I work across categories and bring in brilliant people to help me along the way. And when I say brilliant, they really are.

I work across categories, in any sector and collaborate with truly brilliant people along the way.

I also host a podcast ‘Big Ideas and Tiny Details’ where I interview guests all about the different facets of marketing. It’s 15 minutes and we get straight to the point.

The format changes, the behaviour doesn’t.

Mid November back in the day I would have had a heavily thumbed Argos catalogue next to my bed with pages folded, things circled. Furiously writing and rewriting my Christmas list.

Fast forward 30 years and my kid has taken over my Vinted account with all the things he loves and wants. His favourite activity now is to 'go on vinted'.

Other than be extremely proud that we have normalised secondhand in our house, I think it’s such an interesting reminder how little actually shifts. Tech evolves, but our brains don’t. We still chase the dopamine hit of “maybe” and “one day”. The list-making, the circling, the saving- it’s all the same ancient wiring dressed in new UX.

Vinted for Christmas please can I have a multiple user feature as my algorithm has been destroyed.
