Hi, I’m Stacy, 
a small-town lake country girl turned modern traditionalist, building emotionally intelligent technology and presence-based leadership systems for the future of legacy.

Since I was ten, I’ve believed business could be done differently — not just more efficiently, but more humanly.

For 27+ years, I led innovation across startups and Fortune 5 companies. I learned how systems scale and how trust breaks, whether because emotion gets edited out or because unchecked emotion runs the show.

When it was time to choose what came next, I couldn’t return to the system I once believed would take me to the top.

That decision sparked my current path, one that bridges emotional intelligence, technology, and generational wealth.

I founded Equati to help family offices, investors, and founders align values, vision, and legacy within their direct investing. Because legacy isn’t numbers on a page; it's a living system shaped by presence, trust, and the way we communicate across generations.

Alongside Equati, I serve as a Presence-Based Chief of Staff & Leadership Consigliere --- a strategic partner to founders, principals, and family enterprises navigating growth, succession, or strategic inflection points.

My work blends strategic clarity with emotional intelligence, helping leaders create coherence across their people, priorities, and processes.

Associate Consultant - Governance & Strategy, People & Practice

In this role, I manage corporate operations as per high quality standards through strategic planning. I recruited a skilled team and introduced Team Development Training and a new appraisal process to increase team proficiency and effectiveness. I supported in delivery of budgets, directed key leaders of company, and served as a board member of charity. I built and maintained trustful relationships with various pioneers’ leaders around the globe to promote company goal at global level. I formulated a new strategy for team development to ensure smooth running of all operations.

My key achievements in this role included:
► Overseeing the hiring of HQ staff, posting of field workers and provided ongoing care to personnel and families located in Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East, that resulted in a net increase of 10 people joining the organisation.
►  Initiated and oversaw the implementation of a Training Hub to equip field workers going to work amongst Arab peoples.
►  Prioritised various tasks of personnel, that resulted in a net increase of 15% on field team placements.
►  Reorganised to implement a senior leadership team for effective management of operational strategy.
►  Introduced a new members conference and help steer and lead two highly successful events.
►  Invested in my Assistant Director towards leadership development, which resulted in their promotion to National Director.

As a Mobilisation Manager, I hired new staff by developing effective strategy and provided best training to ensure ongoing performance excellence. I led team of mobilisers and promoted the organisation at strategic events.

My key achievements in this role included:
►  Rebuilt functional team to focus on Mobilisation through effective leadership and training.
►  Introduced a new CRM system to track enquiries.
►  Led the review and revamp of field worker training programme.
